Guesthouse: The Garden

Since it was laid out in 2002, the garden has established itself and seems as if it had always been here. The three Jacarandas continue to grow towards their destiny every day. The fragrant water lily and fish live happily together in the pond. The birds – koel, Indian tree pie, jungle crow, kingfisher, crow pheasant, pond heron – continue to delight us with their visits. Hibiscus – that most wonderful plant – unfailingly provides beauty and colour 365 days of the year. We are so grateful to all the plants, shrubs and trees that make the garden what it is: a pleasure for all the senses.
